Description

Times of the Great Depression. Veterinary student Jacob drops out of school after his parents are killed and joins the Benzini Brothers, the biggest circus show on Earth. There he begins to work as a veterinarian, and at the same time falls in love with the beautiful rider Marlena, who, however, is married to August, a charismatic but cruel trainer.
