Product return and exchange policy
According to the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”, the Bluraymania store returns and exchanges goods of good quality in within 14 days from the date of purchase, subject to certain conditions. Goods from the list approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 19, 1994 No. 172 are not subject to exchange or return.
Exchange and return of goods in proper condition quality
You can exchange a product of good quality for a similar one or return it to the store for a subsequent refund.
Exchanges and returns of goods are carried out within 14 days, not counting the day of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
- the product has not been used;
- its presentation and consumer properties have been preserved, seals, factory labels;
- there is a sales receipt, another document confirming payment for the specified products.
If the customer refuses a product of good quality, the cost of delivery and return shipping is paid by the customer.
Conditions for returning goods of inadequate quality
According to Article 8 (Part 14) of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", in If there are any doubts about the quality of the purchased product, it may be subjected to a specialized examination (the examination is carried out by the consumer).
