This time, Agent 007 is fighting two villains at once, one of whom is named Max Zorin, and he is the product of Nazi genetic testing. Max planned to destroy Silicon Valley, the center of US scientific and technological research. To prevent the criminals from carrying out their insidious plans, Bond first has to travel to the USSR, then to Paris, and then to San Francisco.
