The action takes place in the near future. The entertainment industry has moved forward with the invention of virtual reality. Vira became widespread only in clubs - it’s a very expensive pleasure: to calculate a realistic game world, you need powerful computers; to fully simulate all five senses, you need vira-contact booths, and each booth costs as much as a decent villa; and the vira games themselves are very expensive. Now, when playing various computer games, a person is completely transported into a fictional world, which is sometimes difficult to distinguish from the real one.
