Description

Cold War-era East Germany. The military develops a cunning plan to destroy NATO ships, for which they kidnap scientist Dr. Flamond, lock him in a dungeon, and force him to create a Polaris mine. The cover for the criminal plans is an international festival, to which artists from different countries. Rock singer Nick Rivers arrives from America and meets the charming Hillary, Flammond's daughter. She is a member of the underground resistance, to which she also attracts Nick.
