The Meg (2018)
A deep-sea submersible conducting surveillance as part of an international program to study underwater life was attacked by a huge creature that everyone thought was long extinct. The malfunctioning craft now lies at the bottom of the deepest trench in the Pacific Ocean... with its crew trapped. Their time is running out. Pioneering Chinese oceanographer Suyin, against her daughter's wishes, calls on submarine rescuer Jonas Taylor to help save the crew and the ocean from an unprecedented threat - a prehistoric 23-meter shark, Megalodon. No one could have imagined that many years ago Taylor had already encountered this monstrous creature.
