The Daughter

At the beginning of the Russian-Ukrainian war, 17-year-old, almost deaf Olga arrives at the home of her father Roman and his new family in Bucha, near Kyiv. But suddenly, Russian occupiers seize the house. They intimidate the family, threatening them with death and rape, mock Olga, and subject her father to a "filtration" procedure. The conflict between Olga and her stepmother Marina, whom the girl blames for her parents' divorce, intensifies. And suddenly, Olga realized that she was an adopted daughter... However, Roman's parental love is stronger than the occupiers' weapons. Olga's father sacrifices himself to help other families escape. Caught between life and death, the girl has to forget her grievances and use her last ounce of strength to save her family.
