Special agent sniper Brandon Beckett is named the main suspect in the murder of a foreign dignitary on the eve of the signing of a high-profile trade agreement with the United States. Fleeing from pursuit, Beckett realizes that a dark operative is working on behalf of the government, and seeks support from the only person he can trust - his father, a legendary sniper.
