Gargamel creates Hakus and Vexy, like two peas in a pod, an evil couple similar to the Smurfs, hoping to still gain magical power. When he learns that only a true Smurf can give him what he wants, and only Smurfette can turn Hakus and Vexy into real Smurfs, Gargamel kidnaps Smurfette and takes her with him to Paris, planning to make her his servant.
