Before the car accident that killed his father, life for Cale and his family was a suburban paradise: a happy family living in a beautiful two-story home surrounded by nature. However, after the death of his father, life changed. Moreover, when one of Cale’s school teachers makes a tactless joke about his father, Cale will answer him in such a way that he will end up in court. He is sentenced to house arrest: he must wear an ankle bracelet that alerts the police if he moves more than thirty meters from the house. Now he's going crazy in his own home while his mom tries to make ends meet by working almost 24/7. The windows of his house become his world. He doesn't want to deal with his feelings because it's too painful for him. So he begins to look around, study the pain and tragedies of other people, the formation and disintegration of their relationships. And in the process, he finds the man he believes to be the killer.
