Rosemary's Baby (1968)
A young childless couple, Rosemary and Guy Woodhouse, move to Bramford, New York. Very soon they meet eccentric neighbors, Minnie and Roman Castevet, who constantly force themselves on them as friends. One day, Rosemary sees a strange vision that she is sailing on a yacht with Guy, who turns into a demon and rapes her. A few days later the girl finds out that she is pregnant. A series of strange events leads Rosemary to suspect that their neighbors are members of a satanic cult.

Pet Sematary (1989)

On the advice of Mrs. Lovett, who did not hide her affection for the fugitive, he returned to his former profession - he again became a barber in the hope of someday getting a judge into his establishment and finishing him off.
