Back in 1989, 911 received a call from Maria Rossi, who reported that she had brutally killed three people. 20 years later, her daughter Isabella is trying to find out what really happened to her mother. She is sent to a clinic for the criminally insane in Italy, where her mother, who is considered mentally ill and possessed by the devil, is staying. Isabella turns to two young priests for help, who are going to exorcise the devil from her mother using an unconventional method, but they will have to face a hitherto unknown evil, because Maria is possessed by four powerful demons at once...
