The film is based on the true story of the unique feat of the crew of the KV-1 tank. Having accepted an unequal battle, the crew of Semyon Konovalov destroyed 16 tanks, 2 armored vehicles and 8 vehicles with enemy personnel in the area of the Nizhnemityakin farm, Tarasovsky district, Rostov region. This is the story not of poster heroes, but of broken, cheerful, very different guys who just wanted to live, but at the decisive moment they managed to make the only right decision and accomplish a feat worthy of a legend.
