Cybernetics has reached such power that any part of the body can be replaced, even the brain. This super-technology creates beings that are more cyborg than human. Secret agent Alex, after numerous wounds, underwent cybernetic surgery. He tried to refuse to return to service, but he was accused of smuggling and had a bomb implanted in his heart, which can be detonated at any moment. Now Alex has no choice; he must find a stolen computer chip that terrorists are desperately hunting for. This chip is the key to the cyborgs' plan to take power on Earth. The prime suspect is Jared, Alex's colleague and former lover. But once he reaches his target, Alex discovers that he is being used as bait to "flush out" Jared and the terrorists.
