Every child should have a friend. A real one, not some kind of pet. Such a best friend can be a wonderful robot that can move, speak, but most importantly, is connected to the Internet, and helps its owner publish on social networks and learn about all the latest trends, keep in touch with classmates and keep abreast of events. All schoolchildren have these, except for shy Barney, who because of this feels like a stranger among his peers - until he receives a long-awaited birthday present. But the robot named Ron turned out to be defective, and his young owner decides to independently teach him everything he knows.
