Description

The city of Nashville is hosting a huge music festival, while at the same time a political campaign is underway to promote candidate Hal Phillip Walker. He heads the newly formed party “Party of Changes”. Walker's aides, Michael Murphy and Ned Beatty, know the kind of people their candidate likes, and they are trying to get some of country's top singers to help their cause.
