The young sorceress Maleficent led a secluded life in an enchanted forest, surrounded by fairy-tale creatures, but one day everything changed... Her world was invaded by people who brought destruction and chaos with them, and Maleficent had to defend her subjects, calling on powerful dark forces for help. In the heat of battle, Maleficent cast a terrible spell on the king's newborn daughter, the beautiful Aurora.
