Nika Pierce spent 4 years in a hospital. She is convinced that she is responsible for the death of the family, and not the Chucky doll. When the attending physician suggests a new therapy option involving a doll with a kind face, people begin to die in the hospital, and Nika begins to think that her nightmares are real. Andy Barclay has matured and is rushing to help, but Tiffany, Chucky’s fiancée, who is ready to do anything to help her lover, wants to stop him.
