However, the emergence of a creepy new serial killer forces Graham to return to duty. This ruthless monster, which the press has already dubbed the “Tooth Fairy,” slaughters entire families at night. Now Will needs advice from an experienced specialist in mental abnormalities, and he turns to his old friend for help... Dr. “Hannibal the Cannibal” Lecter!
