Description

In pre-perestroika times, drug trafficking was an extraordinary crime. Policeman Ivan Danko, a menace in the underworld, comes out to fight the Georgian mafioso, who is using all his US connections to get Soviet citizens addicted to cocaine. This guy doesn't like to joke, and big muscles and a gun are proof of his seriousness. To arrest the bandit, Ivan heads to Chicago - a hotbed of capitalist infection. There, a talkative policeman becomes his assistant. Together they neutralize the mafiosi, destroying half the city and shooting a couple of dozen scoundrels.
