Terrorist No. 1 Jaffad Ben Zayidi stole four nuclear warheads from a sunken American submarine, hiding them in the world's largest cities. The charge is activated by an eleven-digit code, which can only be found out by putting together the numbers known to Jaffad's three close associates, whom no one has seen in person. But the terrorist is killed under strange circumstances, and his former partner, nicknamed the Executioner, intends to detonate the bombs. Following his trail are the combined efforts of the FSB and the CIA, whose agent Marie infiltrated the Jaffad group several years ago. Now, under a new legend, she has to save the world.
