Description

Harold and George enjoy making comics. They came up with a superhero - Captain Underpants. The director of their school, Mr. Krupp, cannot stand boyish pranks, which Harold and George are so capable of. But he does not yet have evidence that they were the initiators of numerous practical jokes. However, now he has them. Nerd Melvin films Harold and George reprogramming his invention, the Turbo Toilet, and turning a serious event into something fun for the school kids. Krupp wants to punish his friends. And then Professor Puperpops appears, who wants to deprive humanity of its sense of humor. He is helped in this by Melvin and the Turbo toilet, enlarged to gigantic proportions. Then Harold and George turn Principal Krupp into Captain Underpants. Will the friends be able to stop Puperpops? Can Krupp run a school wearing only his underpants?
