Description

Marine Anthony Swofford (Jake Gyllenhaal) is a hereditary military man. After a training course in a special camp, he is sent to the Middle East, where military operations are taking place. With a sniper rifle in his hands and a heavy backpack on his shoulders, he will have to make a difficult journey through the desert, where there is no escape from the unbearable heat and Iraqi soldiers who can appear on the horizon at any moment. Swafford and his friend Marins, trained to kill, are forced to fight an invisible enemy for ideals unknown to them.
