The series follows a team of doctors who must correctly diagnose a patient and save him. The team is led by Dr. Gregory House, who walks with a cane after his muscular infarction in his right leg was diagnosed too late. As a doctor, House is a genius, but he himself is not is distinguished by his insightfulness in communication with patients and is happy to avoid them if possible. He himself spends all his time struggling with his own pain, and the cane in his hand only emphasizes his harsh, poisonous manner of communication. At times, his behavior can be called almost inhuman, and he is also a wonderful doctor, with an atypical mind and impeccable instincts, which has earned him deep respect. As an infectious disease specialist, he is also a wonderful diagnostician who loves to solve medical mysteries in order to save someone's life. If everything were his way, then House would treat patients without leaving his office.
