Four years have passed since the last attack of the maniac Michael Myers on the residents of the town of Haddonfield. After the death of her daughter, Laurie Stoad lives with her granddaughter Alison, writes a book and tries to find peace. One day she meets a guy, Corey, who accidentally killed a child several years ago and has since been constantly attacked by the locals, and sets him up with Alison. The young people begin a relationship, Corey's life gets better, but he suddenly encounters Michael Myers hiding in the sewer. This meeting will not lead to anything good.
