Description

The last days of the Second World War. American aircraft bomb defenseless Japanese cities. 14-year-old Seita and his sister Setsuko find themselves caught in the whirlpool of people's everyday nightmare. Having suffered the most bitter loss - the loss of loved ones, they were left completely alone. A young boy becomes an adult overnight when faced with the cruelty of the world. He realizes that his little sister's life depends on him.
