Gangs of New York
New York, 1846. In the wild slums of the city of the American dream, there is only one law - the law of force. Here, any weapon is used, no one counts losses or mourns the dead. In one of the brutal skirmishes, the leader of the Irish gang, Wallon, is killed by the leader of the Native Americans, Butcher Bill. His son Amsterdam ends up in a reform school for a long time, harboring hatred for the Butcher, who has become the master of the surrounding neighborhoods. Years later, Amsterdam, unrecognized by anyone, returns to his native streets with the sole purpose of taking revenge on his father's killer.
