Sam Lawton has a terrible vision: the suspension bridge on which he is with his friends collapses, and many people, including himself, die. Sam begins to panic and persuades his friends and a few other “lucky ones” to leave the bridge. And just in time: as Sam foresaw, the bridge collapses before their eyes and many people die. However, Sam and his girlfriend Molly realize that death has given them only a reprieve, as the survivors begin to die one by one. He must understand how, having deceived death once, he can deceive it again before it is his turn.
