Crazy, Stupid, Love.
Col Weaver, a puritanical family man in his early forties, has not a life, but a dream - a good job, a beautiful home, wonderful children and marriage to his high school sweetheart. But when Kol discovers that his wife Emily has cheated on him and wants a divorce, his “perfect” life quickly falls apart. Worse, in modern parlance, Kol, who hasn’t gone on a date in a couple of decades, is a real “sucker.” And so, spending all his free time in a bar in a bad mood, the unfortunate Kol becomes the protégé of the charming (“just over thirty”) Jacob Palmer. Trying to help Kol forget his wife and start his own life, Jacob opens his eyes to the many possibilities open to him: flirty women, strong drinks and a sense of style that cannot be found in a cheap hair salon or bargain store. Kol and Emily aren't the only ones looking for love, and perhaps in all the wrong places: Kol's thirteen-year-old son Robbie is crazy about his seventeen-year-old nanny Jessica, who is hiding her crush on his father. And despite the new look and new conquests on the love front, the only thing that Kol cannot “over-stubborn” is his own heart, which leads him to where it all once began.
