Pilot Pirx's Inquest (Test pilota Pirxa)
A large corporation produces humanoid robots, despite public opinion, the press and trade unions who oppose it. A decision is made to send a spacecraft to Saturn to launch artificial satellites, where the crew will consist of robots. Pilot Pirx, known for his honesty and incorruptibility, is selected to carry out the flight. Corporate ill-wishers fear that Pirx's opinion could derail profitable production and are taking action.
