Description

Once upon a time, the Hong Kong mafia brutally and mercilessly dealt with the parents of twin brothers Chad and Alex, who were miraculously saved in a long-standing bloody shootout. Fate scattered the brothers on opposite sides of the ocean: one grew up in California, the other remained in Hong Kong.
