Retired Airborne Major Ivan lives in a deep forest with his little daughter Zhenya. One day, his house is raided, during which Zhenya is kidnapped. In exchange for his daughter's life, Ivan is required to kill the Estonian president. The hero agrees, but on the way to Tallinn he runs away and meets the beautiful flight attendant Aliya. Together they capture a seaplane and go to an island near Vladivostok, where the villains are holding Zhenya.
