Interpol agent Russell Hatch's informant is killed during a routine operation gone wrong. For Jayden, the son of a dead woman, the policeman becomes a surrogate father. Years later, the teenager and his grandfather Kim find themselves caught between rival gangs waging bloody violence in Los Angeles. Hatch will stop at nothing to protect the two of them and will fight anyone who stands in his way.
Jean-Claude Van Damme once again shows off his impressive muscles - there are a lot of exciting fights in the film. In this blend of martial arts spectacle and neo-noir thriller, the legendary Belgian action star reprises his dark classics such as "Waking Death."
