After their father's death, half-siblings Andy and Piper are sent to live with a foster mother named Laura. The boy is used to taking care of his visually impaired sister and in three months, when he turns 18, he is going to apply for guardianship. Although Laura, at first glance, seems caring and understanding, she and her strange son arouse Andy's increasing suspicions.
