Description

Richard Blaney is accused of committing a series of murders of women who were found strangled with men's ties. Suspicion falls on him after the bodies of his ex-wife and girlfriend are discovered. The case seems so obvious that the police have no difficulty in obtaining a warrant for Blaney's arrest. However, after Richard was sentenced to 25 years in prison, Inspector Oxford, who conducted the investigation, begins to doubt his guilt and continues to search for the killer...
