A black Detroit police officer meets up with a high school friend he hasn't seen for a long time, and suddenly he's killed. A policeman travels to Los Angeles in search of the killers. Here he stumbles upon the mute and stubborn rejection of the stray upstart by the local police, but with the help of his amazing gift of finding a way out of any situation, Foley enlists the sympathy and, accordingly, the real support of two of them. Continuation of the exploits of the cheerful and resourceful policeman Axel to catch criminals. A sexy blonde, along with a group of gangsters, robs a jewelry store. But the tireless Axel is right there, guarding order and the law. Further, as it should be in a police comedy, the dynamic plot unfolds at an increasingly faster pace, chases and shootouts follow one after another, dashing scuffles are replaced by funny, although sometimes rude jokes.
