Description

A black Detroit police officer meets up with a high school friend he hasn't seen for a long time, and suddenly he's killed. A policeman travels to Los Angeles in search of the killers. Here he stumbles upon the mute and stubborn rejection of the stray upstart by the local police, but with the help of his amazing gift of finding a way out of any situation, Foley enlists the sympathy and, accordingly, the real support of two of them. Lots of fights, shootouts, chases, good music and excellent humor.
