Description

37-year-old Mavis Gary, a former high school prom queen and now a young adult novelist, returns home to reminisce about her glory days and recapture her now-married high school sweetheart. However, the return is not as triumphant as Mavis expected, and she enters into an unexpected alliance with a former classmate: now together they will have to face the harsh truths of life and understand that they have grown up long ago.
