Description

Freddy Krueger, the vengeful child killer burned alive by enraged parents, returns to haunt their children's nightmares in this chilling 7-film saga. From his terrifying first appearance on Elm Street to his resurrection through nightmares, Freddy has wreaked havoc across generations - where sleep fails and dreams become deadly.

A Nightmare on Elm Street (1984)
Four teenagers in Springwood are having the same nightmare, in which a man with a burnt face, a hat, and knives on his hand is chasing them and trying to kill them. When high school student Nancy's best friend dies a horrible death in her sleep, she realizes that the creepy guy has gotten to her and he won't stop there. Trying to figure out how to fight him, Nancy tries her best to stay awake.

A Nightmare on Elm Street 2: Freddy's Revenge (1985)
Five years later, a new family moves into the house where teenagers were haunted by nightmares of a bloody killer, unaware of the cottage's bad reputation. Freddy Krueger reappears in the dreams of young Jesse Welm and tries to take over not only his brain, but his body as well. Jesse's girlfriend, Lisa, hopes to help him get rid of the obsessive vision. Remarkable special effects and pyrotechnics ensured the film's box office success.

A Nightmare on Elm Street 3: Dream Warriors (1987)
Freddy Krueger has become much stronger, feeding on the souls of the children of Elm Street. Now he has set his sights on seven children locked up in a mental hospital. The situation is aggravated by mass "suicides", which, of course, are Freddy's tricks. Only Nancy Thompson, who has returned to her hometown as a medical intern, can resolve the situation and explain what is happening.

A Nightmare on Elm Street 4: The Dream Master (1988)
A small dog, peeing fiery flames on Freddy's grave in one of the heroes' dreams, revives this Lord of Dreams. He happily begins to kill the surviving heroes of the previous part, who at one time offered him worthy resistance. It seemed that he would remain an invincible and terrible Nightmare of Elm Street. But Freddy miscalculated: a moment before his departure to another world, Kristen, the last offspring of Elm Street, manages to pass on her unique ability to lure other people into her dreams to a girl named Alice...

A Nightmare on Elm Street 5: The Dream Child (1989)
The indestructible child killer, who in the fifth part even declares himself Super-Freddy, manages to be reborn in a child in the womb of the mother. The only chance to save the child is to find the unburied corpse of the nun Amanda Krueger, who gave birth to such a monster as Freddy, in order to destroy him. The fantastic and enchanting picture with incredible transformations using complex makeup with visual and computer effects was again a huge success with the audience.

Freddy's Dead: The Final Nightmare (1991)
Here, the reasons for the appearance of the fiendish spirit Freddy Krueger, who has been taking revenge on the residents of his hometown from the very beginning, are revealed. Abandoned by everyone since childhood, Freddy grew up very embittered. He is tormented by a mania for murder, and he kills children, luring them into an old boiler room. When the court, for formal reasons, acquits the maniac, the furious parents of the victims lynch him.

Wes Craven's New Nightmare (1994)
An accident occurs on the set of the latest installment of the film "A Nightmare on Elm Street": Freddy's technically advanced glove kills the special effects specialists and injures the husband of Heather Langenkamp, who plays Nancy. Her son disappears inexplicably. When Heather wakes up from an earthquake, she realizes that it was just a dream. However, her husband cut his fingers exactly as it happened in her dream.
